DAN DAN NOODLES 🍜
A hot, creamy, meaty midweek banger that’s incredibly easy and you’ll find yourself coming back to time and time again.
INGREDIENTS
PORK
250g Pork mince
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp 5 spice
SAUCE
4 cloves garlic diced
30ml chilli oil
60ml soy sauce
2 tbsp tahini or peanut butter
1/2 tsp 5 spice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp MSG
300g noodles
Pak Choy
Spring onions
40g peanuts
METHOD
Marinade your pork.
Make your sauce.
Cook your pork.
Cook your noodles and Pak Choy.
Add it all together.
Garnish.
Done.
